Some NJ police officers hesitate to get COVID-19 vaccination

Many police officers have been reluctant to get the shots despite entire departments being hard-hit by COVID-19 early in the pandemic. There is no official state count for the vaccination rate among New Jersey’s 38,000 police officers, but according to reports from the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association, around 40% of officers are vaccinated.
