Valley Queen Cheese - 90 Years in Milbank

Right now, Valley Queen is the largest cheese plant in South Dakota - but it had a humble beginning. This SDPB mini-documentary tells the story of two Swiss immigrants who set up a cheese plant in Milbank in 1929 and grew their enterprise practically from the ground up. Today, Valley Queen remains a family-owned business in an industry where that kind of continuity is rare.
