Farm labor shortage in NJ may raise produce prices

Many New Jersey farmers are having big difficulty hiring enough workers, smack in the middle of their busiest season. “Whether it’s vegetable farming, dairy, you know, everyone is scrambling to get a full complement to do the work that they need to do,” said Douglas Fisher, Secretary of the Department of Agriculture.”
