13 NJ counties under quarantine for spotted lanternfly

The spotted lanternfly population is growing in New Jersey with no signs of slowing down. The state Department of Agriculture just placed five more counties under quarantine, bringing the total number to 13. Sightings have also been reported in nearby states like New York as well as in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio and Indiana.
