How Hoboken kept schools open full-time during the pandemic

NJ schools struggling to reopen for full-time classroom instruction can consider Hoboken's model: at least half the district's 3,000 kids attended in-person classes five days a week since September. The rest learned all-online, by choice. The delicate balancing act required intense planning, cooperation, mandatory COVID-19 tests and a whole lot of luck.
