NJ libraries gear up for long-awaited upgrades

New Jersey voters in 2017 approved $125 million in states bonds for technology updates and building improvements to public libraries. The first round of grants under the Library Construction Bond Act was distributed in 2020 and the second just last month for a total of 70 projects across the state. Among the grant recipients was the Roselle Public Library.
