Employers and workers haven’t solved return-to-work puzzle

As more COVID-19 safety restrictions drop, more employers are calling workers back to the office. But after two years of working from home, that option seems less appealing to many employees. Bill Castellano of Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations thinks companies with old-school mentalities could see an exodus of employees if they require people to work in person 40 hours a week.
