Painter Robert Schlegel talks of his obsession with sketching and his longtime interest in structures. He chronicles the deconstruction of Centennial Mills through a series of sketches, prints, and large acrylic paintings in which urban scenes emerge from his bold use of line, plane, shape, and color.
