eCapitol News Director Shawn Ashley discusses the budget hole awaiting state lawmakers. Governor Mary Fallin suggests legislators will have to consider increasing revenue by taxing services that are not currently taxed, increasing the cigarette tax, and ending some tax credits and incentives. Lawmakers will face a nearly 900 million dollar budget hole when the legislature convenes in February.
