World War II veteran, St. Louisan Charles Kohler, tells of his experiences in the battle of Iwo Jima in which he was wounded and his brother killed in action. The short film was produced by WWII Beyond the Call, which documents first person accounts by WWII veterans. An exhibit features the World War II-era editorial cartoons by the Post-Dispatch’s Pulitzer Prize winner, Daniel Fitzpatrick.
