North Carolina executions could resume soon as the House votes to approve a Senate bill that repeals the Racial Justice Act. The House votes to implement a tax overhaul bill. Senate legislation is modified, but moving, to set up the guidelines to issue energy exploration permits in North Carolina. Kelly McCullen hosts.
