In November 2015, Hoosick Falls residents learned their water was contaminated with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). In the following months, residents expressed confusion and anger over the inconsistent communication between those affected and their local and state government. Armed with blood test results from the Department of Health revealing contamination levels, residents ask "what's next"?
