Murphy promotes his budget plan's increased K-12 school aid

Gov. Phil Murphy went to an Edison elementary school on Thursday to talk up his budget proposal to increase direct aid to New Jersey’s public schools. Murphy is allocating an additional $650 million for K-12 districts, for up to nearly $10 billion in total direct aid.
