Illinois has dispersed 750 million dollars to help those who fell behind on rent during the coronavirus pandemic, with more assistance on the way. Far less has gone to homeowners having trouble keeping up with the bills. It will be months before that changes. Amanda Vinicky joins us now, to look at why — and what beleaguered homeowners can do in the meanwhile.
