Critics fear privatization moves on Liberty State Park

A years-long fight over possible development at Liberty State Park is flaring up again. Environmentalists and park supporters say a new bill would allow private development on what's now open space. The park, considered the crown jewel of New Jersey’s state park system, has been eyed by developers for decades.
