First Year Teachers: A Year in the Life

How this problem is impacting our state both financially and socially is examined as well as the issues causing the crisis. KVIE follows two area teachers for a year to get an inside perspective of the day-to-day challenges new teachers face. Will either of these teachers quit of will they go on to a second year?
