Court hears oral arguments in NJ school segregation case

At the heart of the argument in a long-delayed lawsuit is the harm to students of color who attend separate and unequal schools in New Jersey based on their ZIP codes. The case proceeded on Thursday, when attorneys for the plaintiffs and the state presented their arguments in Mercer County Superior Court.
