New poll on Murphy or Christie running for president

Political insiders are already looking ahead to the 2024 presidential campaign season. A new Fairleigh Dickinson University Poll finds many New Jersey residents don’t want either current Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy or former Republican Gov. Chris Christie to try to become president. Some 50% of Democrats said Murphy shouldn’t run. Some 80% of Republicans said Christie shouldn't.
