70% of NJ residents not cooperating with contact tracers

Gov. Phil Murphy is urging the public to cooperate with contact tracers who are trying to track the spread of the coronavirus. Many people are picking up the phone and answering questions about their own health, but nearly 70% won’t share the contacts that they may have exposed. And that critical missing step is leading to a surge of illness in the state.
