The extremist Taliban has retaken the capital of Kabul, two decades after U.S. troops drove it out of the city in the wake of the terror attacks of 9/11. Panicked crowds flooding the tarmac early Monday at Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport, with some desperate to escape Taliban rule clinging to the fuselage of a U.S. military aircraft as it prepared to take off.
