World War II broke out just as the Lindner family was beginning its business in Norwood. Despite being needed at home, Robert Lindner, Jr. joined the fight where he was trained to be a weather observer. Mr. Lindner describes how these individuals aided the Allies and the role weather played in the fight, working at the Pentagon and in Europe.
