Go behind-the-scenes of Breathing Lights, a temporary public art installation designed to illuminate the past, present and future of Albany, Schenectady and Troy through funding from the national Bloomberg Philanthropies Public Art Challenge. The project, conceived by artist and professor Adam Frelin and architect Barbara Nelson, culminated in the fall of 2016.
