A leaked draft opinion from the Supreme Court has the nation on edge, waiting to see if the high court will overturn the landmark abortion rights case, Roe vs. Wade. The 1973 ruling recognizes a woman’s right to an abortion as a constitutional right. But in his draft opinion, Justice Samuel Alito calls for an outright overturning of that previous decision.
