Mr. Steve, The Music Man sings about words and letters to help remember spelling rules and other literacy related topics in season 2021. In season 2022, he solves problems and brings positivity to each situation. “Rise and Shine” is produced in partnership with the Arkansas Department of Education’s Division of Elementary and Secondary Education.
